The respect of the 3 following steps is crucial in the overall support of the practitioner :
First, we carry out a (free) interview together to get to know each other, and to better refine your objective and define our lines of work. We will discuss your medical history, your sports history, your motivations, your short and long term goals…
The purpose of this interview is dual. For my part: get to know you better in order to individualize my follow-up, yours: to consider in more concrete terms the success of your objectives.
Following this interview, I will define your training schedule and I will implement the tools to support you at best. During our training together, I will be there to motivate you, help you to surpass yourself and check the good execution of your movements to carry out motivating and effective trainings.
Finally, we will schedule regular feedback interviews to discuss our follow-up and assess your progress together. We can then adapt the training together, refine your objectives, and thus continue to make you progress.
